How to Care for Your Rash Guard

You may find many different opinions on the best way to wash your favourite Rash Guard, but from our experience, keeping things simple is always best:

• Wash at 30°C or Below

Wash your Rash Guard in cold or cool water on a gentle cycle. This helps maintain its stretch, compression fit, colour, and moisture-wicking performance.

• Wash Inside Out

Turn your Rash Guard inside out before washing to protect printed graphics, logos, stitching, and the outer fabric surface.

• Do Not Machine Dry – Always Hang Dry

Avoid tumble drying, as high heat may damage the elastic fibres, cause shrinking, and reduce the fabric’s flexibility. Allow your Rash Guard to air dry naturally.

• Use Mild Detergent

Use a gentle detergent to remove sweat and odours. Antibacterial detergent may also be used occasionally after intense training sessions.

• Avoid Bleach and Fabric Softener

Do not use bleach, harsh chemicals, or fabric softeners, as they may weaken the stretch fibres and reduce breathability and moisture-wicking performance.
