How to Care for Your Fitness Bras

You may find many different opinions on the best way to clean your favourite Fitness Bras, but from our experience, keeping things simple is always best:

Do Not Machine Wash or Use Harsh Washing Methods

Avoid placing your Fitness Bras in a washing machine with strong cycles, as excessive heat and rough washing may damage the fabric, elastic support, stitching, and overall shape.

Wash Gently After Every Use

Use a gentle hand wash with cold or lukewarm water to remove sweat, dirt, and odours. For deeper cleaning, use a small amount of mild detergent and gently clean the fabric without stretching or twisting.

Always Air Dry

Allow your Fitness Bras to dry naturally in a cool, well-ventilated area. Do not use a tumble dryer, heater, hair dryer, or direct sunlight, as excessive heat may damage the fabric, elasticity, and moisture-wicking properties.

Use Fabric-Safe Freshening Spray — Optional

A fabric-safe antibacterial or odour-control spray may be used occasionally to help reduce bacteria and unpleasant smells. Apply lightly and avoid over-saturating the material.

Avoid Bleach and Harsh Chemicals

Do not use bleach, alcohol-based cleaners, strong detergents, or abrasive products, as they may weaken the fabric, damage the elastic, and reduce the lifespan of your Fitness Bras.
