How to Care for Your MMA Shorts

You may find many different opinions on the best way to care for your favourite MMA Shorts, but from our experience, keeping things simple is always best:

Machine Wash on a Gentle Cycle

Wash your MMA Shorts in cold or lukewarm water using a gentle cycle and mild detergent. Fasten any hook-and-loop (Velcro) closures before washing to prevent snagging and protect the fabric.

Wash After Every Use

Wash your shorts after each training session to remove sweat, bacteria, and odours. Turn them inside out before washing to help preserve colours and printed graphics.

Always Air Dry

Allow your MMA Shorts to air dry naturally in a cool, well-ventilated area. Avoid using a tumble dryer or exposing them to direct sunlight for long periods, as excessive heat may damage the fabric, stitching, and printed designs.

Avoid Bleach and Harsh Chemicals

Do not use bleach, fabric softeners, alcohol-based cleaners, or harsh detergents, as these may weaken the fibres, fade colours, and reduce the lifespan of your shorts.

Store Properly

Make sure your MMA Shorts are completely dry before storing them. Keep them in a cool, dry place to help prevent mould, mildew, and unpleasant odours.
